STEP. 01 Document Screening

During document screening, applicants complete and submit application forms based on personal information, educational background, and career details.

STEP. 02 Interview with Department Staff

The department staff interview proceeds with questions about basic information, personality, and job-related topics.

*Depending on the position, applicants' English conversation skills and Global Mind may be tested.

STEP. 03 Personality and Aptitude Test

Conducts personality tests to identify characteristics such as interpersonal relationships, thinking patterns, and emotional types. Implements job aptitude tests to evaluate basic cognitive abilities required for job performance.

STEP. 04 Executive Interview

Executives, including the CEO, participate to evaluate whether applicants align with GS Neotek's core values, talent vision, and job requirements.

STEP. 05 Medical Examination

Determines whether applicants who passed the executive interview are in suitable condition for job performance and organizational life.

Q. How do I submit an application form?

Applications are only accepted online through the GS Neotek recruitment website (recruit.gsneotek.co.kr). (In-person visits and postal applications are not accepted)

Q. Can I modify my application after the submission deadline?

Modifications are not possible after the application deadline, so please review thoroughly before submission.

Q. I'm curious about the work location after joining.

Depending on the position, employees will be assigned to work at the Seoul headquarters or various field locations.

Q. Are there any preferences for veterans or persons with disabilities?

Veterans and persons with disabilities are given preference in accordance with relevant laws.

Q. Will there be any disadvantages if I apply again after being rejected in the past?

Previous application history does not affect current applications. Applications are possible if they meet the requirements for current openings.

Q. Is it possible to apply for military service exemption?

GS Neotek does not have a separate military service exemption program.

Q. What about salary and benefits?

Salary and compensation are based on company regulations, and benefits can be viewed in the 'Welfare Benefits' section under the [Recruitment Information] menu.
